This offering is a 6-Month Coaching Program comprising of 2 sessions per month lasting 75 minutes.

For you, now might feel like the right time to form a coaching relationship and embark on a journey together. In this way of coaching, we will meet every 2 weeks for 60-75 minutes. I recommend blocking off 75-minutes, so that we feel there is enough spaciousness for our conversation. There also might be times where 60 minutes feels enough.
In between sessions, we will have practices that I offer and we tweak together to ensure they fit into your life. I am always available via email in between sessions for anything you want to share or any other questions you might have.
My 6-month coaching programs are held with an intentionality that allows us to continue onward together. It is important that the coaching program feels contained by an end-date, however we can always re-contract and we embark on another journey together. This does seem to happen!
The total value of this package is $1740, but I offer multiple payment plans, which you can see below:
